The Refuge Center for Counseling, a local nonprofit that offers a variety of counseling services to those in need regardless of income level, hosted a Songwriters Night at Boxwood Bistro on July 16 to benefit the counseling center and the services it offers. Wells Fargo/Wachovia Wealth Management was the corporate sponsor.
Attendees enjoyed an evening of good food and great music, featuring Doug Johnson, author of the 2003 Grammy-winning Song of The Year, “Three Wooden Crosses,” along with Rob Crosby, Chip Davis and Mark Steven Jones.
