In the aftermath of natural disasters – including floods – the Nashville Area Habitat for Humanity becomes an even more important facet in helping those who have lost their homes rebuild and re-locate into a new one.
The Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee’s facility was one of many buildings that were in the direct line of the flood. Currently without electricity, the staff continues to salvage as much of their previously stored food as possible as they simultaneously seek a new location.
